Recently, the Canadian boutique of the artist Alexey Klokov has received a new series of artworks, named with the far-sighted title of “Starting Point”. Created from the artist’s inspiration, this series is prophetic, reflecting world events that were unimaginable only months ago.

The “Starting Point” series represents the artist’s interpretation of mandalas, which depict the labyrinths of human destinies. The way out of the labyrinth is obvious, and it’s in the viewer’s eyes (read, in the hands), ready to unfold in different directions.

The new series was created for a private VIP art event; however, due to the lockdown, adjustments had to be made. The paintings were sent to private North American collections without showing publicly.
