Alexey Klokov believes that changes in the world deploy a new form of eclectic being, which he embodies in his artworks. He does not perceive eclectics as something chaotic, fragmented, and incompatible. On the contrary, he philosophically explores the objects and phenomena, comprehending their unity and opposition, connecting their values, and discovering new qualities.
Created for Easter, this painting materializes Alexey’s ideas on eclectics. A few days ago, the painting was exposed to a close circle of collectors since big shows are still limited by COVID. The painting combines two genres: abstraction, embodied in the background, which symbolizes the illusion of reality, and object art, namely the image of the Trinity as the spiritual power of salvation.
